The Guildcard don't lie.. HR, Time played, number of quests complete and more importantly "can you play"... I ask for the card, if it seems fishy, then I'll boot.. You sir look to have achieved your HR by actually playing. You would be welcome in my hall and with 2000 quests under your belt, I'd expect no less then HR600... and likely around 600-800hrs played... with at least 90% on all awards...
