They are just like splat chargers except they look different. You can get them with one of the splatoon amiibos. (There are also hero roller replicas which are the same but with rollers and also with the splattershot as the hero shot replica.) The hero shot replica is not the same as the hero shot but it is just a splattershot that looks different
