Yeah, I'm seeing that too often as well where someone will get splatted once and then drop out of the match. And more often than not, my team loses because the person that dropped out was on my team! I'm sorry, but that shouldn't count against anything if connection errors or ragequits cause a team to lose (or win for that matter).
