Stand at this spot and throw yellow pikmin at the red mushroom (not sure if it has to be yellow pikmin) Once you have gotten on top of the area in the center there is a tree branch that connects the center area to where those two arrows are and then you drop down find you'll be in the tree. Go to the right arrow because the left one will drop you down off the tree.
