HG Earplugs is always good. Capture G o d and Guru are only useful IF you plan on capturing stuff (bring traps, tranc bombs and paint the monster, also let your team know by signal when it is capture ready). Negate Paralysis is situational and Spectre's Whim is meh. But at least full Najarala looks cool :)
