I'm pretty good with sniper weapons. My best round with the E-liter 3k was 10 snipe kills, 3 rainmaker kills and 6 deaths in rainmaker. I don't like using the scope chargers. I think what you mean is that the shots don't go all the way across the screen like a normal sniper weapon would do like other shooters and the charging of the shot is a strange way to shoot with a sniper weapon.
