You have to stay in place until he tries to eat you. Shoot his teeth to avoid being eaten. Shoot his teeth until there is an opening in his mouth. Throw a Splat Bomb (only that bomb) in his mouth and shoot his tentacle. Repeat 2 more times. Hope this helps!
