I usually measure a team by their leader, and out of all of them, Flordelis (or however he's called) is the one villain I liked best. Because he's not really evil. He tries to do something good, but does it in a completely wrong and prejudiced way. The only one I like in a similar amount are Marx and Adrian, because they also want to do something good.
