Hey! Don't worry about it, it's not silly. I'm self-taught and have no idea how much you know already, so it's hard for me to think up general advice, but here's some things that help me: 1. Practise. Simple as that. You won't get better at drawing until you've put time into it. Start simple and work your way up to more complicated things.
