Agents 1 and 2 aren't Callie and Marie. Though after you beat the final boss twice and talk to Cap'n Cuttlefish, he tells you that agents 1 and 2 are his "grandsquids". You can also get the end credits anytime if you go back to Octo Valley after beating DJ. Octavio.
