To defeat the wogpole, you need the water-resistant blue pikmin to defeat it. To get blue pikmin, you need to defeat the Scornet Maestro and have 5 pikmin carry Louie back to the S.S Drake. Then on the next day, you will be back at the Garden of Hope to free the Blue Onion on the flukeweed. The flukeweed needs 3 Winged Pikmin to uproot the Blue Onion.
