Keep shooting the bullets until he launches his fists out. Shoot them while they come at you and he will bring out a giant missle. shoot it enough and use the launcher to go to stage 2. This time he has a killer wail. Dodge the wail and do the same things as last time. The third stage he has enemy spawning missles. they look sort of like reddish balls.Keep dodging everything and eventually you win
