Okay, fine. Nintendo's US headquarters are in Redmond, WA; so it's scheduled in PST with EST in-mind. My point about Europe was that they tend to start its Splatfests at the same time as NA (~3:00am in England I believe). Anyway, coincidence or not, this means that, for a brief time, all three regions are separated.
