Then again, you need to balance both completing the objective and splatting members of the other team. If you spend your time ignoring the other team and trying to ink turf/hold the point/ride the tower/get around with the Rainmaker, you won't get very far. Same goes to devoting yourself to seeking out opponents and splatting them without paying attention to the objective.
