You have too get enough studs and gold bricks, go to the portal (in game). Make sure your playing as Batman. Go to the pad corresponding to where Batman is on the actual portal. Go up to upgrades and go into the menu. Buy ten upgrades, then go up, and buy the sonic blaster!
