I think so.. I mean if its not on the touch then there must be some other tell/signal as to when the cats are ready for a team signal attack... but I would have no idea what it is, I've had 4x Item Shortcuts (large-Drive Wy/Dust/Lifepowder/Farcarster)), sml map, monster target and ping on the touch for so long.. best setup I've found yet..
