For the Mawdad, you want to attack it's TAIL. When the shell breaks, throw Reds at it. Remember to keep all your Pikmin rounded up. For the Phosbat, run to the opposite side of the cave from the entrance and break the crysral guarding bridge pieces. Use those pieces to build the beidge, then throw a Captain across the gap to the big battery, along with 20 Yellows.
