Mini Splatling. It has decent range, great fire rate, takes no time to charge, and one full round is an insta kill. Plus it has suction bombs and the inkzooka, which are great for surprising and quickly killing the opppsite team. If you get some damage ups, then you will be a tough opponent to beat.
