I value C-B due to the number of popular weapons that have Echolocator, like the E-Liters, .96 Gal, Dual Squelcher, N-Zap, and Dynamo. (+ helps w/ Haunt & Sensors!) A 75% decrease in reveal time is enormous. Sure, it may not come into effect every match, but 75% is the best stat shift possible for one slot. Stealth is VITAL in this game, so I believe you should have it every chance you get.
