He did in KH but nintendo didn't like that voice I guess. Yet theyused ryu's american voice despite the actual character being from Japan while cloud is from some mase up land. Also little mac lives in New York and he doesn't get an american voice. That with Fox's voice just being so weird in this game Nintendo just couldn't get a lot of character's voices right in this game.
