I just watched a video called "Splatoon Conveyor Belt Glitch" and figured out how to do it from watching it. Use any Roller, get close to the Tower and use the grate around it while on the conveyor pushes you up. If you do it right, your Inkling should be kinda, well, broken. The positioning's a bit weird but you get used to it after doing it a few times.
