Disney said the reason why they didn't include online. If Battlegrounds had online, people would be begging for ALL Playsets to be online, whuch they don't have the resources/design to make that possible or something. Bad excuse, I know, but it seems like Disney wants Battlegrounds to be something for friends and family to enjoy together.
