Sometimes you need to update your system, OR try calibrate the screen. Also if you're using a screen protector, remove it. If all else fails, try to clean the edges of the screen, a bit of debris could've been caught under the gaps. PS. Use a different controler to navigate through the Wii U settings if you have one.
