Ze glorious bubbler? 1. Get a jellyfish jelly. 2. Go to the town hall in Mimiga Village. 3. Use the jelly on the fireplace there. The bubbler starts off terrible but that third level is amazing. Oh, be careful though- it has limited ammo.
