As in, a playable Wolf Link? You don't. "Wof Link" in Hyrule Warriors is actually just Midna riding and attacking with a Twili Wolf. Scanning the Wolf Link amiibo gives you a random weapon for Midna. (Just as if you scanned a Link, Zelda, ect amiibo.)
