I know NOA no longer distributes to Brazil. That is way the e shop is not accessable to them. To get Nintendo products in Brazil you have to import. You can't import digital media to my knowledge. That is why I said what I said about Brazil not having access to Fatal Frame. Missing out on an entire county worth of consumers IS a problem for Nintendo. Especially when they are struggling financially
