After you click "Create Programs" on the title, you will see this. If you look on the very bottom there is a green button that says "SMILE". Click this and you will go to a screen that has many options. Choose the paint option and it will come to a screen full of pre-made SmileBASIC sprites. You can paint over these sprites and then save your sprites, which you can load to any program you make.
