I called Customer Service through email, and then through my iPhone, and they wouldn't unban me because their POV was that I was trying to contact someone irl which, in a modern-day world, is creepy. When the Wii U and 3DS dies off, what does Nintendo expect us to do? Leave behind the friends? Certainly a person would love to bring their friends over to the next system, or a different one entirely
