If each picture is 0.03 seconds long, that is 0.03 seconds per frame. We need to take the inverse of that to get frames per second. We're looking at approximately 33.3333333 frames per second. Sorry to be pedantic, I just think dimensional analysis is loke the most helpful thing ever.
