Perhaps you should go through the tutorial again. I've never lost three in a row. It seems rather hard to do, as you get a ton of money to buy powerups if you lose twice -- plus only the G1 races are difficult to win and you never have three G1 races in a row unless you enter Mature Mode with a strong winning record.
