Dunsparce is actually well liked in the Pokemon community, a lot of people agree he needs an evolution, the fact he gets so many requests shows people remember him. His design is pretty alright with bumble bee combination. For a Pokemon that needs an evo and is forgotten i'd say..Qwilfish? It's actually still pretty viable so maybe it could get a mega, heck if Mawile got one Dunsparce could too
