The Earth temple is to the East of Outset (One block on the map) it should be highlighted. Also, go to the flaming mountain to the south of Dragonroost, and shoot the top with an ice arrow. Climb it and get the power bracelets in the time limit, and you can go to the Earth Temple (Have fun, it's one of my favorite Zelda temples)
