Also clearly this game has some intentions in promoting quick scoping. They included the balista, a gun that scopes in quicker, has greater mobility, and has a tighter hip fire spread than the rest of the sniper rifles. They even gave it iron sights! Don't tell me you think they included iron sights for people who like to hard scope across the map like a traditional sniper.
