Go back to World 5. (the purple ocean world) There, there should be a secret pipe somewhere. If you see a couple of small rocks on the ground, press A there to reveal a pipe. One of the pipes leads to an island with more pipes, and one of them leads to the train. Sorry if I'm wrong, I'm trying to remember. I think that's it.
