After beating tower of the Gods, roam the seas in search of Cyclos, the tornado God. Shoot him with the bow, and obtain the song. Travel to the Northwest area of the ocean and find Mother and Child Isles. Use the Ballad of Gales to warp onto the island once it's on your map. Tada!
