If you have the deku leaf, go inside the main island and do those spit jump things as high as you can. Theres a ledge at the very top that you use to unlock the nintendo figurine place. Fly across from it (inside the island) to the another ledge and you can exit the main island outside to another ledge to fly down to that island.
