Purchase Mire from the Gharnef Spotpass team and equip one of your dark mages with it. Your goal should be to quickly advance at the right side with your dark mage to kill the enemys leader as fast as possible so he can't recruit more of the neutral units. On the left side you should try to recruit Cynthia as fast as possible and then try to get her out of the action with rescue.
