At the leaderboards thing, the same exact thing happened over a year ago, they also accidentally gave us the Peacekeeper calling card. Treyarch removed them both a day or two later and did the same a few days ago. Why it happens is probably because everything in this game is copied over from Xbox version and they forgot to remove all the extra cosmetic stuff we weren't supposed to have
