Vinesauce is a game streaming website. I'd say they're extremely quirky. Vinny (One of the streamers on the site), played 3D World and did Champion's Road. In the process, he lost 162 lives. Also Vinny played a fan game named Super Mario Bros. X with a level called Super Toad 67. Thus, toad became even MORE mainstream.When people think about toad, they think Vinny's toad voice and stuff. ._.
