I personally see some hope for Ringabel since the Yulyana's have such powerful magic as to be able to briefly stop the chasm sealing, I don't see why they couldn't use magic to just bring Ringabel back into the main world. That and the journal entry Ringabel makes shows his awareness and part in the get-together that Tiz goes comatose at.
