In my opinion, depending on how good you are, the best game type(s) are hardpoint, domination, and demolition (demolition depends on the map). Never choose TDM unless you for sure that can solo carry a team, ie: getting 40 to 60 kills on your own without teammate help. I personally can't gauge your skill level, so I don't know what you would need to work on.
