First, you grabling hook Valoo's tail (it's hanging from above the boss) and after you land, it'll hit the bosses head. Do this 3 times, and it will weaken the boss. Afterwards, hit the bosses eye alot by pulling it towards you with the grabling hook. Hope I helped.
