You can get the Pictobox as soon as you beat the Forsaken Fortress for the first time. You don't need the Forest Firefly for the Deluxe Pictobox anymore, so you can start the quest earlier. The Pictobox can also now hold 12 Pictographs instead of just 3. You start the quest as soon as you find the Nintendo Gallery in Forest Haven.
