You will lose all your weapons and equipment that you have. Camo, attachments, calling cards, etc. will still be there. Once you reach lvl 4 again you can use one free unlock to permantly unlock an item. You can pick one of three rewards; refund all tokens you have spent, one extra class slot, and reset all your stats.
