How is this small community going to grow if all the good players, instead of facing each other to increase their skill cap, group up and basically bully the n00bs. I remember the first time i played cod online i hated it because i had a .75 kdr and for that reason only played once a week. Imagine how promted people with negative kd's are to quitting.
