they didnt become a billion dollar corporation by having entire teams dedicated to porting free software, besides the fact that every time they patch the u more things get broke. its not as easy as a simple port, it has to be optimized for the u and tested by treyarch, then nintendo again before released. these things also cost boatloads of money.
