I had this game already before the MK8 promo. It included a piece to rest the Wii U GamePad face-up on a flat surface. It's much better than Mario Party in my opinion. There is a large variety of games: board games, minigames, and a bunch of "table top" games 2 players can play head-to-head using the GamePad, some cooperatively, some competitively. My wife and I liked table-top Baseball best.
