You can unlock it by progressing through the game/filling up the moon with happiness enough times. The game will say "You unlocked new hair styles at the salon!" Unlocking styles might happen more than once though, so it you don't see it the first time don't worry. I'm pretty sure that it'll show up in the "Long Styles" section at the salon (it's a normal style from Celeste, not a Stylist's Choice
