After awakening the 4 crystals and winning the boss fight aboard the Grand Ship in chapter 8, go talk with Sage Yulyana to unlock the 10 BF of the Dimensional Harp (the dungeon in the crescent moon like island), once you get to 10BF and find the blue chest, go right to find a secret passage that leads to the optional boss.
