the vast majority of players i saw had 25% in blops 2. i struggled for 21%. in ghosts its rare to find someone over 21% from what i've seen. i checked the ghost leaderboard and out of evry player with 75,000 or more hits i'm ranked 10th or 11th with 24%. the highest i've seen otherwise by adding friends and randoms is 23% and thats bobby using marksman rifles.
